Buy to Let Advice: Furnished and unfurnished properties

At one time, the trend was to let properties fully furnished, as fully furnished properties gave the landlord more rights. However, as landlord's rights have been extended, the cost of furniture has become cheaper, and people have more disposable income, this trend has reversed. Many people prefer to have furniture of their own about them. The most usual course is to let a property part-furnished, with the landlord providing a fitted bathroom and kitchen, carpets and curtains, and perhaps some electrical equipment.
